AUDIO/VIDEO: The audio contained within "Kamasutra: Secrets of Sex" is of the highest possible dvd sound quality. The performers sound as if they are in the room with you, and such things as splashes of bathtub water can be heard as if you were in the room with them. Pascal Lucas even opted to include some romantic music to further enhance the mood for those couples who wish to explore sex positions while using this particular dvd set as a reference. For those of you ordering directly from the online store you'll find that the French/European version has the option for English voice overs, and that it is playable in NTSC compatible dvd players. As for as the video quality goes it is gorgeous. You'll get to see some very richly designed locations filled with lighting accents, and things such as ceiling mirrors which are used as a way to portray each position/penetration in a more artistic manner. As usual the scenes are displayed in widescreen, but not in a way that takes away from the viewing. For those of you interested in learning positions, and their names the director has included onscreen English/French titles that will help you to place a name on the position/s that are being shown.

AUDIO/VIDEO: Sadly, like other dvds before it, this particular film was misleading in that the NTSC compatibility wasn't present like it should have been. As such I was forced to sit in front of my PC in order to watch the film. This inconsistency in film format is definitely puzzling to me, and I feel it should be remedied soon otherwise potential buyers of Dorcel's European films may be eventually unwilling to actually buy dvds due to inconsistencies. As far as the quality goes it was superb as usual. The visuals were vivid in presentation, and had an engaging HD (High Definition) appearance as I always expect from a Marc Dorcel production. Even the sound was amazing. The beautiful Dorcel girls of this particular film can all be enjoyed in their fully realized/detailed visual glory, and can be heard as if they were right there in the room with you. It's the kind of quality that you'll only find with a Marc Dorcel production. Each scene within the film was displayed in a widescreen ratio that in no way took away from the overall viewing experience.

AUDIO/VIDEO: The video in this two dvd set is what one would expect from a self-recorded documentary style of film. The camera is moved around a lot by the performers in order to capture different angles, and as such you'll find things that do not look entirely professional. You can however tell that the collection of recordings has been professionally edited as certain parts are cut short, and additional voice translation was added. There's hardly any shaky moments to be found within the film, but certain images are shown with camcorder-like flaws that are noticeable. The sound on the other hand is surprisingly clear, and even the translations are presented in a rich tone. As expected the overall presentation does have that signature Marc Dorcel quality that I have grown to love.
