AUDIO/VIDEO: The video in this two dvd set is what one would expect from a self-recorded documentary style of film. The camera is moved around a lot by the performers in order to capture different angles, and as such you'll find things that do not look entirely professional. You can however tell that the collection of recordings has been professionally edited as certain parts are cut short, and additional voice translation was added. There's hardly any shaky moments to be found within the film, but certain images are shown with camcorder-like flaws that are noticeable. The sound on the other hand is surprisingly clear, and even the translations are presented in a rich tone. As expected the overall presentation does have that signature Marc Dorcel quality that I have grown to love.

Lou Charmelle, the director, performer, and camera lady shown throughout this film's entirety brings to us an intimate peek into her everyday life as an adult performer. Through the camera lens of her own camcorder we get to watch as Lou outwardly displays her passion for the industry which she is willingly a part of. At the beginning of the first dvd we find Lou Charmelle here in the states (California to be exact), traveling to various places to perform, pose, and enjoy herself. A majority of the time is spent on a behind-the-scenes tour of onset locales, night clubs, and even a hotel room at an undisclosed adult event. In between all of these scenes of sex, performances, and photo ops we find the lovely French performer sharing bits of information about how everything works within her interesting career.

I had initially thought that this film was going to be some sort of wild party video filmed by the performer, but Lou definitely proved otherwise. I felt privileged to see the adult entertainment industry through the eyes of a performer as passionate about her job, as Lou Charmelle was. I have seen other performers attempt similar films, but the style of this documentary/film was so real and intimately open that I could not help but enjoy watching Lou Charmelle share her passions. In the last part of the first dvd Lou Charmelle ended up revisiting one of her long lost lovers from California (in Florida) for a sexual encounter that was brilliantly delightful to watch. The two lovers fully enjoyed each other's company as a female friend videotaped the entire sexual experience. They were like the perfect couple, and I could see why Lou Charmelle was so anxious to meet with him again. Without spoiling it all for you there are plenty of other encounters like this one to be found throughout the two dvds. Sometimes you'll find Lou Charmelle "sampling the goods" before a scheduled shoot, or even find her having fun with other friends from the industry.

The sexual encounters you'll find on both discs of Lou Charmelle's collective documentary/film come in a wide variety that will please both male, and female viewers alike. There's plenty of interracial sex, group sex, lesbian sex, and even anal sex to be found within the two dvd presentation. The awesome thing about all of this though is that Lou has kept the sex scenes full, or at least mostly intact for the viewers at home. The additional behind-the-scenes footage that acts as informational intermissions are equally as enjoyable as seeing the French star perform. There is truly not one dull moment to be found within the 3+ hour span of this two disc dvd collection. I can definitely account for that, because I sat mesmerized by the beauty that is Lou Charmelle for the entire length of each dvd without taking a break.

CONCLUSION

Hardly ever, in the history of my adult journalism career have I watched a dvd so powerfully moving that it made me want to sit through the entire film without taking a break just to see what's going to happen next. Lou Charmelle's passion is definitely catching in this documentary based film, and her onscreen presence is most certainly captivating. I've never really seen another female performer so into her adult career as Lou Charmelle was. The fact that she openly thanked the men, and women after she had sex with them further proved just how passionate she was about what she does. I absolutely fell in love with this sexy lady after watching her. Her presence is definitely strong, and the fact that she allowed us into her private life was indeed a privilege. I should also mention that the supporting cast members are just as lovely as Lou. You'll find some truly handsome muscle bound men, and even some sexy girls. There's nothing to not like in this one of a kind adult feature. I "STRONGLY" suggest you get this dvd for your personal collection. Whether you choose to download it via dorcel.com's VOD (Video on Demand) service, or order the actual dvd, this intimate collection by Lou Charmelle is a "Must Have!!!".
