AUDIO/VIDEO: This film is an odd mixture of old, and new material. What I mean by that is that it has a lot of retro porn features, but also has a modern day look about it. The retro tidbits come in the form of old music, and seemingly retro style stripteases. On the plus side you will find some richly displayed video throughout as well as a seamlessly captured collection of camera angles. On the negative side the flashy, and often times intrusive pre-scene teases from the female cast members do not look like they belong to the rest of the scene. The soundtrack which seems to have been ripped from some obscure elevator music collection, and some 80's songs CD no one has likely ever heard of before makes for a proper audio train wreck.

SYNOPSIS
As a porn director J. F. Romagnoli definitely has an interesting presentation style. His film's intro which is, for the lack of a better term an artistic display of colorful paint splashes filled with each of the participating performers' names paves the way for an equally amateurish collection of sexual roleplaying encounters. This entryway into the rest of the film certainly speaks on behalf of the rest of the film's simplistic nature. Each scene, as you can likely guess includes a cliche female nurse, and patient scenario. Also included in this seemingly retro style presentation is a minute long tease featuring the nurses' expensive selection of intimate lingerie which is quickly followed by a straight to the point sexual engagement between the select cast members.
A couple of the scenes are of the one-on-one type with the fake nurse tending to a single male patient. A majority of the scenes though are group sex oriented, and deal with a hardcore threesome scenario. The cast which is made up solely of the most beautiful girls, and them most physically fit, and handsome men further pushes the unrealistic nature of the sexual situations that are shown throughout the film's entirety. In fact from the intro credits onward the chemistry in this film simply flew right out the hospital window without a care in the world. While the sex is consistently hot, and hardcore regardless of it's simply straightforward nature the individuals involved in the acts are not exactly proper matches. With that being said though the swap for unrealistic sexual encounters with encounters involving the most perfect of cast members still makes for a proper trade off. You, the audience are more, or less gifted some of the highest quality masturbation material ever to grace the Marc Dorcel dvd library as a result.
With truly hardcore sex in place, and a cast that is pure eye candy one would generally think that this would be a flawless presentation overall. The fact is that there are some bad, and rather unpleasant points to the film though. The music which is as mismatched as the sloppy amateur editing lowers the quality of the actual sex that is taking place. Between the 80's rap song, and the happier than happy elevator music you'll find yourself wondering what the hell it is you just heard. I for one think the director must have some sort of retro porn fetish going on in his life, because that's exactly what this film reminds me of. The production date is definitely 2013, but in all honesty the film doesn't look, or sound that way.
On the plus side of things the sex shown in each scene is of the most hardcore nature. The blondes, and several brunettes involved do everything from deepthroating to allowing the men to DP them, and anally drill their assholes. The position changes which are about as fluid as they get in porn make for an interesting, and professionally choreographed display. Oddly enough the cameraman does step up to the plate to deliver some excellently captured camera angles. It's what you'd expect from the Dorcel brand name dvd. The fact that each scene ends with the girl/s involved receiving an oral, or facial cumshot makes this particular dvd a new favorite of mine. It's not often that you see a Dorcel film go all oral, and facial at the end of each scene.
For those of you wondering about the individual scenes let me tempt you a bit with one scene breakdown ...
In the first scene we find a very sexy dark haired girl who has legs for days. As with the rest of the cast this buxom brunette is looking rather stylish in her cliche nurse getup, and even has that naughty teacher edge about her with her nerdy glasses. Despite her anti-nurse appearance this lady of life decides to go above, and beyond her duties by pleasuring the two male patients that are currently under her care. She begins by pretending to listen to the heartbeats of the still lying muscle bound hunks as they slumber. After testing patient number one she quickly moves to patient number two, and it is with him that her insatiable lust kicks in. Noticing that the man is only wearing underwear she dares to sneak a peek, and without a further moment's hesitation treats the sleeping man to a free blowjob.
Obviously feeling the sensation in his lower region this handsome young gentleman awakes to a pleasant surprise. Instead of acting shocked he takes advantage of the situation, and helps the nurse to suck a bit more deeply. The fact that the presentation is entirely hardcore, and always ends with a facial, or oral cumshot is also very impressive. As much as I want to tear away at the fact that the film seems more amateur than what most featured Marc Dorcel productions provide I find myself returning to the thought that I actually enjoyed watching every scene, especially the actual sexual portions of it. If J.F. Romagnoli can polish his presentation to perfection then I can see great things in the future coming from him. The only suggestions I'd have for him would be to modernize the music selection, cut out the quickie teases, and provide a proper modern day intro. If he can do that then he'll go far.
As far as recommending the dvd goes I'm on the borderline. It's definitely worth seeing, and maybe even worth having depending on the viewers opinion of the amateur directing style. The sex is definitely top notch, and satisfying to watch, but as I mentioned earlier there are certain aspects that harken back to the retro porn era, and the stylization of an amateur director/editor. If you like retro porn, and amateur presentations then more power to you. Definitely add this sucker to your collection. If you are a little more refined in what you choose to watch, and prefer Dorcel's glamor porn then you may just want to rent this dvd. The choice is up to you though.
