AUDIO/VIDEO: This film displays all the good points we've come to expect from a Dorcel dvd production. It contains high definition visuals shown off in a widescreen presentation, as well as a good soundtrack filled with seductive music, and voice-overs. The sound for the most part reflects the high quality of a Dorcel production, but at times does have a sort of echo that reflects an unedited studio capture. The main menu, which houses the usual access to the film, the "Making Of" feature, and the trailers still crams with it crudely positioned, but easily accessible language options. As a man who has seen all types of dvds in his lifetime the menu comes off as being a bit lazy in presentation. Earlier Dorcel films did good to add separate menus for the language options. It has changed over time for some reason though.

Director Liselle Bailey surprised me yet again with this latest dvd release. At first it was looking questionable to me for a number of reasons, but like her last film I warmed up to it as I watched it play out in it's entirety. If you recall my last review of her debut Dorcel film I praised Liselle for her directing skills. Her control of what the camera crew did, and her command over the scenes she captured reflected a style fitting of the Marc Dorcel namesake. I particularly loved her storytelling in the previous film which was told through a well spoken outside narrative as well as through the sexual encounters between her chosen characters, and performers. It was a beautiful experience about the open sexuality between men, and women.

This same directing style also showed through in this latest film, but to a slightly lesser extent. While I did favor the film for the most part I still had my issues with it when I first began watching it. When it comes to the questionable content of "My Wife is a Whore" I was initially taken aback by Liselle's choice to go with spoken language done by the performers instead of an outside narrative. For me the English voice overs just do not seem right when dubbed over what the original French actors, and actresses are saying. Sure, I love understanding what's going on in such a film, but it kind of dulls down the sexiness of those involved. Thankfully Liselle did something innovative with her performers this time around, and had them lip sync the spoken words in English. By that I simply mean that when the performers spoke it looked like they were speaking English instead of French. It actually made the voiced storytelling more tolerable, and enjoyable for an American like myself.

Past my concerns about the performer driven storytelling I think the two female performers shown, and their multiple male partners really went far in making this film a somewhat stand out presentation. For those of you curious as to what the story in said film is about it follows closely 'Tarra White' who plays the role of a lustful housewife to a faithful husband, and the mother to a younger step-daughter. From the start Tarra displays her insatiable sexual urges in a variety of different ways, and with different men. While at home she begins by pleasuring herself with a mail order vibrator wand, and then works her magic on her husband in the living room of their own house. The self-pleasuring via vibrator, and the sex with her husband gave a hint to Tarra's deep seeded desires. The fact that after she was done with her husband she sought out more time with her sex toy pointed to the fact that she could not be satisfied.

After fucking her husband, and finding herself wanting more Tarra went about her daily routine in various Parisian locales as one who is living in such an area might do. She teased and hooked up with a Spanish co-worker in the storage room at work, sucked off a worker at a job site, got willingly tag-teamed by her daughter's former boyfriend and his friend, and even went all out in a blowbang/gangbang session with four men. The sex between Tarra, and her partners was always hardcore, and always involved anal penetrations at some point. The position changes were wild, passionate, and plentiful in each encounter as well. When with multiple partners at once Tara would also go above, and beyond for some double penetrations in both the doggystyle, and missionary/reverse cowgirl position. As far as the finishes go Tarra received an ass glazing of cum on a couple of occasions, and at other times took the men's cum to her face, mouth, and breasts.

While Tarra was obviously the highlight of Liselle's vision 'Leyla Morgan' also stepped into the spotlight once in order to give the viewer something else to look at. As with most housewife related films where the father, child, and mother are also included Leyla fulfills the fantasy that is sex behind the parents back. As the wayward teenage daughter, Leyla takes advantage of her boyfriend visiting her home. She sneaks him up to her bedroom in broad daylight in order to have sex with him. Together the young lovers shift about in various yet basic positions while fully enjoying each others bodies. Unknowingly to Leyla though Tarra peeps in on the act as it is happening, and in doing so triggers the younger man to have a fantasy about her which in turn ends up causing a break-up between him and Leyla. The sex between Leyla, and her onscreen partner was innocently portrayed, and definitely gave the viewer something good to look at that wasn't Tarra. I do understand in saying that, that Tarra was the focal point of the story being told, but most of us who watch Dorcel films usually expect to see more than just one, or even two female performers for the duration of a film. Liselle (the director) definitely took a risk in making this film ninety percent about Tarra, and only ten percent about Leyla.

CONCLUSION

Director Liselle did alright for herself with this 2015 film. By "alright" I simply mean that the film could have included more female performers than it did, and that she went above and beyond necessary means to get the point across that Tarra's character was a whore. With that having been said I think Tarra did an amazing job portraying a mature female character that could not be sexually satisfied by just one lover. She, herself went out of the way to impress the viewer, and did so in the most hardcore ways imaginable. Not many female performers would be willing to go the lengths that Tarra White did for such a role. Not only did Tarra perform spectacularly, but she looked hot as the stereotypical horny housewife. Tarra is definitely one of the prettier mature women of the Dorcel cast. Her fiery red hair really accents her facial beauty, and her curves really add to her overall physical beauty. I think her acting, and story contributions were also well-delivered. The fact that she was able to pull off the English lip syncing, and make it seem legit was noteworthy.

As far as Leyla Morgan's performance, and contribution goes she did well for herself considering the fact that Liselle basically used her for filler material. While Leyla wasn't exactly paired up with the hottest looking guy in the industry I think the chemistry was still there, and she definitely looked as if she were enjoying the sex. I just hate that Leyla was indeed used as filler material. When it comes to a recommendation I'd have to give this film a passing "Recommended!!!" rating. It is definitely recommendable, but in saying that I feel that Tarra's inclusion in the film overstayed it's welcome, just a little bit.

VERDICT: Recommended!!!
