AUDIO/VIDEO: Throughout this feature the director, and his camera crew went out of their way to focus on the various cast members' body parts whether they were exposed, or not. He wanted to prepare the audience for the acts that were about to take place by placing emphasis, on such things as tight crack hugging blue jeans, and other curve enhancing clothing articles. Even the guys got some intrusive close-ups of their privates, and nude rear ends from time to time. The camera work while effective, was a little amateurish in style. The camera zooms could have been a little more subtle, and the captured angles more well placed. As far as picture, and sound quality go they were great. It's they type of quality I'd expect from a Dorcel production. If I remember correctly each scene was shown in a widescreen ratio, but as I always say it in no way took away from the overall viewing experience.

There are several reasons why I enjoy viewing, and reviewing Marc Dorcel dvd releases. One of those reasons, as unrelated to sex as it might be, is the fact that It allows me to see the various locations of France as well as the many performers who inhabit that part of Europe. Other reasons include the sexy ladies themselves, and the variety of sexual encounters that they each engage in. I of course bring this to your attention for a purpose, as hopelessly lost as the statement may seem. While "Ma Serveuse de Bar (My Waitress)" shows some amazing bar scenes it does so with a fairly lackluster cast. The performers involved, and sex shown are definitely not this film's best focal points to say the least. As a viewer you'll find that the three female performers included in this particular full length feature are what you'd call average, and are by no means the glamor models that are usually associated with Marc Dorcel's dvd productions. As disappointing as that may be to some of you, it's not a total loss.

On the less judgmental side of the equation you will find that each girl is beautiful in her own unique way. Louana, for example is a blonde haired bartender who obviously had some weight issues at some point in her life. Her body is scarred with obvious stretch marks, and her face is pitted with scars as well. On the plus side Louana has a beautiful smile, and nice face regardless of her scars. Her onscreen demeanor is infectious, and really sets the mood for the threesome oriented sexual encounter that she takes part in. Her scene, which was stretched to the limit has her working for a bar owner who basically chooses to whore her out to any male bar patrons he deems to be worthy. The scene she's in starts off slow with the usual bar talk, flirtatious advances, and a couple of gentlemen who happen up upon the bar at just the right time. Lucky bastards!

As the bar owner of the first scene fills the two chosen men's glasses with the most hard hitting of liquor he makes it known to each of them that he'd love for them to fuck his waitress/bartender. After doing so he strolls casually on over to the door, locks up the establishment, and lets the two rather young looking men have at Louana. Louana, who obviously enjoys the attention ends up servicing both men with all of the holes in her body. There's plenty of cock sucking, cock riding, cock fucking, and even double penetrations involved in this most unusual of occasions. When the two men of the scene finally reach the boiling point they spill their semen all over Louana's exposed breasts with the aid of her sensual touch. This first scenes basically serves as a proper preview for things to come as the rest of the film's contents isn't much better than this performance.

Following Louana's hardcore performance we find that our next bar patron is a woman of contradicting fashion sense named Kelle. This alternative girl with raven black hair arrives at her bar of choice dressed in formal business attire that does not suit the hairstyle, or nose ring that she is sporting. After getting acquainted with the only gentleman at the establishment via a shared mixed drink this unusually lustful lady loses all inhibitions, and does a striptease just for him. I suppose it didn't take long for that mixed drink to take effect. After the two get to know each other through more physical means (groping, and the likes) they both give into their wanton desires, and enjoy each other's company for what it's worth. The bar stools, and various other furniture props placed throughout the bar's interior are used to their advantage helping the penetrations to go more smoothly than they would have otherwise. The sex itself is okay, and is filled with a nice variety of different position changes as well as some anal penetrations. The only truly lacking sexual part was the blowjob though, but you can't really blame Kelle as her male partner's cock was a monster! Unlike the traditional French bar setting of the first scene this scene's bar location had a more artistic theme filled with colorful decorations, and multi-colored lights that illuminated everyone within it's walls. In an ironic sense it's about as unusual as the two lovers that were paired for this scene.

Last, but certainly not least we happen upon a waitress/bartender named Prisca who is closing up for the night. The bar she works at, or perhaps owns is a throwback to the classic 50's era of the United States. Every inch of the establishment is filled with classic memorabilia, posters, pin-ups, and decorations depicting that classic era when drive-in diners, and Rock & Roll were the happening thing. Prisca herself just so happens to be sporting attire that is also fitting of that particular era. With knee high stockings, high heels, and a classic waitress outfit she definitely suits the bar she works for. As far as her sexual encounter goes this classy brunette finds random love with a guy who is desperate for a drink. This man convinces Prisca to serve him, and ultimately wins her over with a sensual massage filled with breast groping, and crotch rubbing. The power of the human touch is definitely not to be taken lightly.

After thoroughly enjoying the sensual massage, and taking heed of the stranger's true intentions Prisca gives in, and strips for her last bar patron of the evening. The two use the chairs, and benches of the establishment to engage what I like to call "hardcore amateur" sex. While the guy definitely knew what he was doing, Prisca's awkward movements, and interactions led me to believe that she's not as experienced as he was. Perhaps it's the amateur appeal that really made Prisca's scene stand out from the rest though. Out of all the girls, and sexual encounters shown  I'd have to say that Prisca definitely struck me as the better of the three, appearance wise. While her performance was awkward, her classic appearance, and overall looks really helped to make this scene be the best. As with Kelle's scene Prisca's encounter was a one-on-one experience, and was not overly hardcore as Louana's was. Even so I still say it is hands down the best scene in the dvd, and just might have been this film's saving grace.

CONCLUSION

I'm not going to lie to you, and say this was the best 100% French film that I've ever seen, because it's not. The fact is that the cast of girls selected, and even the men who were chosen to perform did little in the way of making this film spectacular. At the same time though it's not total rubbish. The girls, as I said before each have that special something that makes them beautiful, and sexy. Whether it's a smile, or the way they act each one of them has some sort of attractive quality. At the same time though you have to understand that these girls are not the glamor models like Anna Polina, or Aleska Diamond who get dolled up before a performance. This film is about average girls/women in not so average sexual situations. I think the director was trying his hardest to appeal to appeal to an audience who likes the real deal. In that sense I think he did a good job. Does that mean you should give into buying this film? Regretfully, I have to say no. At best "Ma Serveuse de Bar" is a film worth watching via your 'dorcelvision.com' subscription, or your subscription to other Marc Dorcel streaming sources. Even at the lowly price of 12.00 EUROs, or $15.91 USD this dvd is not worth investing in.
