Each scene is uniquely enhanced by classicly inspired music. The lighting in each, and every fantasy scenario is superbly done shedding light and shadow on the subjects who are intended to be focused upon. The most minute fleshly details can bee seen clearly through the dvd's vivid display. As far as the aspect ratio goes you'll find that this particular film sports some mildly intrusive widescreen banners, as it is shown in a widescreen presentation.

SYNOPSIS

As you can likely imagine the female nurses are as beautiful as an unrealized dream, and the men who wander the infirmary's premises are just as beautiful in their own masculine ways as well.

The subject matter that encompasses this genuinely caring tale of sexual fantasy is delivered in a manner that needs no words. In fact you'll find that not one word is spoken between any of the performers during the entire two hour span that chronicles this fantastical visual journey. With complimentary classical music each scene unfolds in a way that is almost theatrical in nature. The overall exerience can be compared to watching a movie born of the Hollywood tradition. Camera angles, and superb lighting accents the halls, patient rooms, and outdoor areas where all of the sex acts take place. As you watch men, and women of the infirmary engage in their naughty acts you'll find that each scene is uniquely delivered. In a manner of speaking you will most definitely not find any cliche performances with perormers dressed in cliche uniforms here. As I said earlier everything about this film is genuine, and as such it makes the veiwer feel as if the fantasy could easily be a reality.

The film ultimately takes the viewer on a journey inside, and outside of this European based Infirmary, and does so in five full length fantasy scenarios. You'll find the arcitecture that houses the secretly sinful deeds to be as awe-inspiring as the performers themselves. Anna Polina for example gets to demonstrate her special brand of sexual healing in two separate scenes. In one scene Anna finds herself entertaing two surgeons who have taken a cigarette break outside of the facility. Teasing both of the men by taking turns about pleasuring them, this naughty nurse named Anna soon finds herself in the midst of a hardcore threesome. She recieves a proper anal reaming in a variety of positions from one lucky gentleman while the other continually satisfies her mouth with his swollen cock. The scene of course ends on a good note with Anna taking one cumshot in the mouth, and another on her large breasts.

Anna's second scene is highly more enticing in that she nurses a patient under her care back to health in a not so traditional manner. Aside from Anna, and her two noteworthy performances you'll find that one of the nursing staff (a dark haired nurse - Abbie Cat?) in particular can be quite the attention catcher as well. In a similar way to Anna Polina, this sexy brunette also got the opportunity to star in two very praise worthy scenes. The very first scene of the dvd, for example featured this lovely dark haired vixen of vitality. During the opening intro, when the initial credits were being displayed she was given a rather sexy female patient to care for. Like Anna this particular female nurse had to wheel her new found patient around via a wheelchair. It became obvious a little later on that her intentions were not all that pure. The nurse ended up wheeling the patient up to a male doctor, leaving her by the side, and even began sucking the doctor's cock right in front of her. Thankfully the patient wasn't left out of the interesting display of eroticism, and became a significant part of the threesome that followed. In the end there was some surpirse cum sharing between the two ladies which made the viewing experience much more pleasurable than it had initially been.

For those of you interested in a purely female oriented scene, Franck Vicomte was nice enough to include a lesbian threesome with some of the sexiest ladies to ever grace a Marc Dorcel feature. As usual the action can easliy be described in short, and mostly inlcudes the usual finger banging, pussy eating, and nipple sucking that goes on with girl-on-girl sex. As bland as I probably made that sound the scene wasn't all that bad. As I mentioned before the girls looked amazing, and their slow/sensual encounter definitely fit in with the rest of the infirmary based scenarios.

Collectively Franck Vicomte's vision of nurse based fantasy encounters was realized in a truly meaningful way, and came to a close just as strong as the opening scene. His choice to go with silent voices accented by music rather than having spoken dialogue was definitely a wise one. Even though no one spoke a word throughout the five scenes  of the film the performances, and acting within played out in a way that expressed the encounters well enough for any viewer to comprehend. Franck's choice of performers also suited his presentation quite nicely. Each scene featured the lovliest of ladies, and the most handsome of gentlemen. It's what I always expect when I get a dvd with the Dorcel insignia on it. Everything from the costumes of the performers to the monestary/infirmary backdrop helped to make this fantasy seem more realistic than your average, cliche nurse based porn production. Nothing was humorous, and everything was sexy. In closing, with all things considered I give this dvd a much deserved "Must Have!!!" rating. Sure you can do the VOD (Video on Demand) thing if you like, but if you are a true adult film enthusiast you should definitely add this one to your collection.
