AUDIO/VIDEO: The audio in this dvd presentation is excellent, and is what I've come to expect from a Marc Dorcel dvd production. Voices can be heard clearly with little volume adjustment, so there's no need to crank it up in order for it to be heard properly. The video is also of superb quality, and features crisp, vivid graphics which are always present in each of Marc Dorcel's films. If I were guessing I'd say the visual quality is HD, but that is only a guess.

SYNOPSIS

Herve Bodilis is a master craftsman when it comes to directing an adult film. Often times he chooses an elegant selection of the most classy ladies in the industry, and pairs them up with equally appealing gentlemen for his porn shoots. In the case of "8 Francaises" he sticks to this signature formula, but does so in a newly unique way. As each scene begins to unfold we (the viewer) are blessed with a narrative by the lady/ladies of the scene. They are each transformed before our eyes as a make-up artist dolls them up allowing them to continue telling their innermost desires. Through an intimate, and sometimes hardcore vision their sexual fantasies are brought to life for the audience to witness. Some girls like it rough, and engage in hardcore threesomes while others simply want a romantic escape from the less erotic side of porn.

The ladies of Herve Bodilis's vision are nothing less than stunning. Being able to see normal everyday ladies become the beautiful swans that we have come to know them as is truly an eye opening experience. There's definitely a lot of work that goes into making an adult film, and the director definitely does an impressive job of giving us a sneak peek into the behind the scenes preparations. The pre-scene narratives of each girls' inspirations, and desires also adds a naughty edge to the more serious themes that are played out. There's not a dull moment in the entire length of the film.

As far as favorite scenes go I definitely had some. The voyeuristic lesbian twosome involving Betty Beniski, and Liz Del Sierra was truly awe-inspiring. While I'm no real fan of lesbian related porn, these two lovely ladies were so beautiful that watching them perform together was quite the pleasurable experience. The fact that Herve Bodilis chose to have an unseen, and heavily breathing male voyeur peek in on the pair from time to time as they did their naughty deed added an artistic quality to the scene making it even more pleasant. On the other end of the porn spectrum were some amazing straight sex scenes. One such scene include a female exhibitionist named Gina Summers. In her scene she entertains a tattooed gentlemen, and even goes so far as to share the experience with another lovely female acquaintance, Nastasia. The threesome was amazing, but on a slight downside Nastasia left before the man of the scene could finish the job.

I noticed as I watched that most of the ladies of the film were in their early or late twenties. Clanddi Jinkcego on the other hand was obviously more of a MILF. This mature lady's make-up transformation was amazing. To begin with I have to honestly say that she didn't look of porn star quality, but after she was dolled up she was smoking hot. Her performance with the two well endowed gentlemen was equally as impressive as her transformation. She took the double penetration like a pro, and seemed to savor every moment of the encounter. The final scene also happened to be a favorite of mine. In it Sabrina Sweet lived out her fantasy of a romantic sexual engagement. The setting was definitely the most unique out of all the other scenes. In her scene Sabrina Sweet disrobed in front of a bathtub before getting in it. I'm a huge fan of bath scenes, and this definitely ranked up there in my "Top 10". After spending a few moments in the soapy water Sabrina was met by a well dressed gentleman who carried with him some wine, and two champagne goblets. They shared a drink, and then engaged in some highly erotic bathroom sex. As far as the other scenes go they were equally as awesome, but I'll leave them for you to discover if you choose to purchase the dvd.

CONCLUSION

Once again Herve Bodilis had my full attention with his masterful tale of lust, and desire. I absolutely loved the intros to each scene, and the fact that he included a "Before & After" make-up session of each female performer. It's visual details like these that really capture my attention, and help me to better understand the entertainment industry I have grown so fond of. As such I really liked the direction Herve took with this particular film. When it came down to presenting thoroughly enjoyable scenes Herve Bodilis nailed it. There wasn't one single scene that I did not like. In fact I'd go as far as to say I found no real downsides to the film. I know I mentioned that Nastasia did exit her scene a little early, but her performance was still noteworthy. You also have to consider that the scene was really about Gina Summers, and her exhibitionist nature. All in all I loved the film. It featured the top notch quality that I've always associated with the Marc Dorcel studio name. If you like classy porn with an informative twist then this dvd is a "Must Have!!!".
