AUDIO/VIDEO: Both the audio, and the video quality in this anthology seemed to be dated. In most instances it was of poorer quality than I'm used to seeing in a Marc Dorcel production. Some of the video, and audio seemed as if it were ripped from an old film/VHS tape. As far as screen size goes some scenes were displayed in fullscreen while others were in widescreen.

SYNOPSIS

Marc Dorcel's "Oral Deluxe Anthology" is a seven hour long collection of some of the most impressive oral sex scenes available from his early film releases. In chronological order the two disc anthology shows short 5 - 10 minute clips of various films Marc Dorcel has released in the 80's, 90's, and 2000's. You'll find an odd assortment of oral sex based themes ranging from the more intimate encounters to some that are more risque/taboo in nature. As I watched through the two dvds it became more, and more evident that this was a no holes barred selection of scenes. In fact some of the scenes had ladies roleplaying as if they were being forced to suck cock. While this struck me as kind of odd, the scenarios were still quite intriguing. One has to understand that these scenes were merely roleplay, and if you can get past that then you'll likely enjoy them for what they are. Overall the selection of ladies in this dvd set were all amazingly beautiful. Even with some of the scenes looking dated, and of poor quality each lady's beauty was never dulled.

There were a total of 150 scenes within the dvd collection, and each one was vastly different from the one before it. One of the more interesting scenes of the first dvd included the fantasized violation of a male mental patient. The man was in a padded room wearing a straightjacket when two sexy female nurses entered the room, sedated him, removed his pants, and began sucking his cock. It was something I wouldn't have fathomed would have been found in a Marc Dorcel dvd, but strangely it wasn't really that shocking either. The scene was portrayed as a fantasy/dream, and as such the scenario could be viewed as a performance making it more innocent than it might initially seem. Aside from this scene there were a few familiar ones like the female statue scene from "Orgie en Noir". I recognized it simply, because I had reviewed the dvd earlier this year. Other than the few scenes I did recognize the rest were all new to me. The retro porn that was shown throughout the anthology was definitely interesting enough to hold my full attention, and the wide array of subject matter (S&M, school girls, group sex, blowbangs ...) offered a nice variety that would no doubt interest many different kinds of porn fans. In retrospect this collection was very nice indeed.

CONCLUSION

There's no doubt that there's plenty of scenes to view in this collection. You've got two dvds filled with 150 scenes, and over seven hours worth of content. What impressed me most of all though, as most of you can imagine is that Marc Dorcel chose his best oral sex scenes from his vast dvd library. It's the main reason I requested the set. As an oral sex fan I couldn't help but do so. The actual quality of the collection on the other hand can be debated. While I could complain that the quality in some scenes was poor I thought the roleplaying performances more than made up for the loss. You might feel differently though if you prefer the high definition quality that Marc Dorcel's more recent releases are known for. Either way It's ultimately up to you to decide. One thing I do need to mention before I give my verdict is that the dvd menu system didn't work properly in the "Audio" selection area. When I selected the "Audio" section the menu froze. Even so I was still able to play the film, and select individual scenes for viewing from the scene selection menu. As far as my verdict goes I think this dvd anthology is a steal at 12.00 (EURO / $15.32 (US). You definitely get more bang for your buck in this instance.
